Terms and Conditions
1. This offer is valid for one month from the date of issuing
2. Gulf IT Solution (Srooh Amta Trading) will provide experienced trainers to install and train the staff –computer
literates - for operating the package at the time of implementing the software.
3. Gulf IT Solution (Srooh Amta Trading) shall provide free online support for 12 months from the date of completion
of work mentioned in the proposal or mutual MOU signed (Support Provide Remote Via TeamViewer or Any desk )
4. After the Service period the Client may engage our service by arranging an AMC/SUC (Software Updating Charge).
5. You have to engage an overall efficient personality to assist us from your side and also we need an environment at
your office for developing and testing the software if required.
6. You should have provided sufficient staff for preliminary data entry requirements.
7. 100 % of the amount should be paid at the time of installation.
8. If any error is found in our application within 3 months, we will fix it free of cost.
9. Our company or organization will not be responsible for any hacking or theft of software and applications, but we
can advise the customer in case of any such problem.

Please consider this matter and make the necessary steps.
DATABASE AND DATA
If any physical damage happens to the database (virus attack or file missing etc...) future computers will recover the
entered data without any losses, for this data recovery purpose, must need a backup copy of the working Database
with a backup Log File. So the client must keep a backup in an external device like CD, Flash drive, etc. The client
must be informed before re-installation of OS or PC/server formatting, without a proper backup Future Computers
cannot possible data recovery, in this condition future computers will not be ready to take responsibility of the
data loss, remember future computers supplying software program only your valuable data with your hand, having
data loss by the device (HDD, DDR, etc.) Problems or any other hardware troubled things, without the proper backup
of database future computers, can’t take the responsibility.
MODIFICATIONS
The Program now implements each and every requirement of the second party. If having any programmable
changes (customization) from the client-side it is possible but charges applicable AMC/SUC After the ending of the
free support agreement Client may engage in an Annual Maintenance Contract or SUC.
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Service means technical support services for the installed product. (35%of
Invoice Amount)
Service and updating Contract (SUC) covering all services related to the installed software with the periodical
updating and customization,s. (30%of Invoice Amount)
Gulf IT Solution (Srooh Amta Trading) will arrange a particular person for the service, He will visit regularly one
time in a year
The client can deal with the service person with reasonable service charges (SC) also, while the servicing.
